Shipping Policy

Orders will usually be shipped in 24 hours of online or telephone orders when ordered between Sunday - Thursday. Orders processed on Friday, Saturday will be shipped on Monday. Customers will be notifed by email or phone if the item is out of stock or backordered.  Some orders require additional information so an active email and phone number is essential to a smooth transaction.  Regular Shipping times vary between 7-10 business days.  The regular shipping option does not provide a tracking number or insurance.  Express shipping delivers in 3-4 days and offers a tracking number and insurance

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt by completing our returns process. No items may be returned after 30 days. Returns must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging, labels, and manufacture tags attached. Customer will pay the shipping for the returned item. You are responsible if the item does not arrive to our facility. Declare the value as $1 to prevent taxes/duties and mark the item as a return. All packages returned with taxes or duties charges will be refused.Special orders or custom-made items are not returnable and shipping charges are not refundable.After receiving your authorized return, we will inspect the items to make sure they meet the conditions of our return policy. If the items meet those conditions, we will refund you the appropriate amount by the same method you used to pay for your order. Please allow a week for the refund to appear on your credit card. We will not refund you for items damaged in shipping due to incorrect packaging. If the return is an exchange, an exchange will be sent out immediately provided the item is in inventory.
