Choosing a headset system can be confusing and if you are choosing a throat mic headset, there is no absolute guarantee that it will work in your application. There are are too many factors that play a role in whether throat mic products will work for you or not such as voice quality, neck size, practice etc.
This is why we give you a 30-day trial period on our products. Try them out and if you aren't satisfied with the performance of your system, just request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email or phone and we will refund the cost of your headset. Clearly write this number on your original invoice and place it in the shipping box (or just include your name and RMA inside the box).
Then ship the package back to the address below via United States Postal Service. Declare the value as $1 to prevent taxes/duties and mark the item as a return. All packages returned with taxes or duties charges will be refused. We usually process refunds within 5 days of receipt of the package. The refund does not include the cost of shipping the product to you or your return shipping.
Returned and exchanged items must be accompanied by their original packaging, tags, warranty cards, documentation, and manuals.
